I graduated from Kent State University with a K-12 Mild Moderate Intervention Specialist degree.
I am Grid Method Certified and Resident Educator Mentor certified.
Teaching Philosophy
Teaching and learning should be standards-based and self-paced to mastery. Students should be able to work on and improve skills and show mastery of those before being moved on to something else. Education should be loud and on task, messy, and fun! Hands-on and engaging learning activities are essential.
Fun Facts/Hobbies
- I love to go geo-caching, read, hike, and crochet.
- I have two sons who both attend Saint Ann School.
- I also have two cats, Nova and Seymour.
- Ice cream is the best invention in my personal opinion!
